-: Mechanical Performance Data
- Clinching Mechanism: Squeezing forces push the knurled platform into the parent sheet metal. The displaced material flows into a specially designed undercut groove under the shank, permanently locking the fastener into position.
- Torque-out Resistance: The reverse-tapered knurls bite into the sheet structure to withstand extreme torsional loads when screws are tightened.
- Push-out Performance: High push-out ratings ensure structural stability against axial forces in demanding field environments.
-: Application Parameters
- Host Material Hardness: Host panel material must be ductile and strictly softer than the case-hardened clinch nut (Max HRB 70 / HB 125 limit for Aluminum or cold-rolled sheet metal).
- Installation Protocol: Must be installed using a smooth, continuous parallel squeezing press. Impact / hammer force must never be applied, as it structurally damages the clinch collar and warps the parent sheet.
